Best thing I've done this year


Pink grapefruit mimosas

Serves 5

4 pink grapefruits
1 bottle Cava/Prosecco/Champagne, or any bubbly white wine

Squeeze juice from grapefruits

Pour one part grapefruit juice into champagne flute

Add two parts Cava

Enjoy after your morning coffee
